He called the statement that XRP lacks legal clarity the "biggest lie" of the year. Judge Analisa Torres stated that XRP is not an investment contract, but Morgan believes this opinion is not sufficient to be considered an official ruling. He also asserted that Bitcoin has never been declared a commodity by the courts, despite some unofficial statements about it.
